Role fit
Lead Frontend Engineer, Frontend Architect or Staff-level product engineer.
Senior Lead Software Engineer at Siemens
Available for a senior / lead frontend role
Frontend architect & product-minded engineer
I am Developer
I turn complex enterprise problems into fast, accessible products people actually enjoy using — and I lead the teams that ship them.
I am a frontend architect and lead engineer with 15+ years of building large-scale web products for enterprise, energy, telecom and fintech teams — the last 6+ years at Siemens, and before that at HCL and Siemens Energy. I own the technical direction — architecture, performance, accessibility, testing and release quality — and I stay hands-on in the code that delivers it. My work tends to land in three places: modernising legacy Angular and React platforms without stalling delivery, setting up design systems and micro-frontend boundaries so teams can ship independently, and lifting Core Web Vitals on products where speed directly affects revenue and retention.
I lead frontend delivery end to end: architecture and technical direction, mentoring and code review, performance and accessibility standards, and the testing discipline that keeps releases predictable. At Siemens I led the redesign of a major energy automation platform, delivering a 47% boost in performance and a 32% increase in customer acquisition, and I have since applied the same approach across eCommerce, telecom and finance products — modernising interfaces, removing runtime bottlenecks, and raising release quality without slowing the roadmap.
What I am looking for next: a senior or lead frontend role at a new company, where engineering quality
and delivery speed genuinely matter and the team values clear technical direction. I am happy to talk
to any company hiring for that — and to be straightforward about fit on both sides.
If that sounds like the kind of problem you are sitting on, send me the short version and I will tell
you how I would approach it.
The organisations behind the work — currently Siemens, with earlier roles across Siemens Energy, Siemens Mobility and HCL, and client programmes including AT&T, Airtel, GIPL, RMG Worldwide and AllCAD Services — spanning energy automation, energy transmission, mobility, telecom, courier, cargo and engineering software.
Company names and marks belong to their respective owners and are shown here only to identify the organisations I have worked with.
Recruiter brief
I help teams that need a stronger, faster, more maintainable web product — owning the technical direction and staying hands-on through production delivery. I am currently at Siemens and open to the right role at any company.
Lead Frontend Engineer, Frontend Architect or Staff-level product engineer.
Angular, React, TypeScript, design systems and micro-frontends.
Senior Lead Software Engineer at Siemens for 6+ years — previously Siemens Energy and HCL.
Full-time senior and lead frontend roles at any company — remote, hybrid or on-site.
Angular and React at depth, TypeScript everywhere, and the engineering practices that keep large codebases healthy: architecture and module boundaries, design systems, performance budgets, accessibility, testing and release quality. I am equally comfortable setting technical direction, reviewing and mentoring, and shipping the critical path myself.
Technical credibility
Senior-level frontend decisions that improve product quality, team velocity and long-term maintainability — the work behind the numbers on this page.
Micro-frontends, modular boundaries, and backend-driven patterns built for independent delivery.
Core Web Vitals, profiling, lazy loading, and rendering strategy that make products feel fast.
Inclusive, responsive interfaces with accessibility considered from component design through release.
Pragmatic unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies that reduce release risk.
Reusable UI foundations that bring visual consistency, accessibility, and speed to product teams.
Thoughtful use of AI tools to prototype, automate repetitive work, and accelerate well-engineered outcomes.
15+ years of frontend engineering, the last 6+ of them at Siemens leading delivery and architecture on enterprise energy automation products, and before that at Siemens Energy and HCL across telecom, eCommerce and finance. Recent highlights include migrating legacy Angular codebases to modern Angular and React for up to 40% better performance and developer productivity, lifting a production Lighthouse score from 20 to 97, and building the testing and review practices that cut release-time defects. The full timeline is below, and the PDF resume is available to download.

and introducing the review and testing practices that measurably cut release-time defects.
I also use AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot deliberately, to prototype faster and remove repetitive
work without lowering engineering standards.
Ajmer Institute of Technology, Rajasthan, India
During my undergraduate studies, I developed a strong foundation in computer science and engineering principles. I gained practical experience in programming, algorithms, and system design, which shaped my problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. These years were instrumental in fostering my passion for technology and laying the groundwork for a successful career in software development.

I speak at internal engineering forums, meetups and conferences on frontend architecture, performance and modern web tooling — the same topics I work on day to day, translated into practical takeaways teams can apply the following week.
A deep dive into advanced techniques for optimizing web applications, covering lazy loading, code splitting, and modern performance metrics.
Sharing insights on designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures using micro-frontends and modern frameworks.
A comprehensive workshop on optimizing Angular applications, covering change detection, lazy loading, and state management.

Get in TouchAlongside client work I design, build and publish my own developer tooling — thirty-three open-source projects shipped so far, spanning eighteen npm packages, three Chrome extensions, two VS Code extensions and two cross-platform desktop applications, covering UI components, PDF and export engines, device detection, notifications, layout rendering, dev tooling and personal branding. Every release is engineered with the same standards I apply to production products: zero or minimal dependencies, tree-shakable and SSR-safe APIs, full TypeScript typings, accessibility and performance budgets, and semantic, well-tested release pipelines. The goal is simple — replace repetitive, error-prone work with focused utilities that teams can adopt in minutes and rely on for years.
